Events, facts, documents and evidence: An outpatient clinic (first-aid and obstetric center) was opened in the village of Kamenyuki, the administrative center of Belovezhskaya Pushcha, in the late 1980's. The clinic employs two general practitioners, a medical assistant and a nurse. There is a physical therapy room, a dental surgery room, a treatment room and a pharmacy.
The plan of preparations for the 600th anniversary of Belovezhskaya Pushcha's nature protection in 2009 provided for an overhaul of the Kamenyuki clinic. The roof of the building was replaced with metal shape, the facade was renovated, new windows were installed, and the surrounding ground was cleaned up and landscaped.
Below: The renovation of the clinic begins. The builders are erecting the framework for a new roof.
